QikMood is a “health & fitness” library in the palm of your hand. With QikMood, you can choose one of the workouts from "QikFit" (both for office and home), learn important health and nutritional data from "QikHealth," read something meaningful from "QikRead," find "Outdoor Activities" like farmers markets, bike and hike trails, and festivals near you, and determine your health status such as BMI, Heart Health, etc. from our "Health Calculators."
1. All content (workouts, exercises, articles, health and fitness information) created by health and fitness experts (PTs, MDs, Nutritionists, etc.) with scientific referencing.
2. Get the "Top 10" food sources for Macronutrients like carbohydrates, protein, fats, and fiber in addition to Micronutrients such as minerals and vitamins.
3. Hundreds of workouts from DeskYoga to Total Body, from Low Intensity to High Intensity, including physical therapy exercises and programs, and much more.
